A. Performance

load is decomposed more dispersedly.

B. Indications
1) brake treatment for acute cervical spine injuries
2) external fixation after injury of cervical spine (except atlantoaxial)
3) severe external fixation of cervical spine (except atlantoaxial injuries) during conservative treatment.
4) sports protection for cervical vertebrae except for atlantoaxial injuries during convalescence
5) physicians require limited rotation and lateral flexion in the upper cervical spine (except atlantoaxial).
